Plans & credits
One credit buys one researched valuation report; you pay as you go or in packs. A single credit is $5, and packs run $15 for 4 credits, $45 for 15, $75 for 30, and $135 for 60 — $2.25 per valuation at the largest pack. Your first valuation is free.
How much does one valuation cost?
A single credit is $5 and covers one item. Buying in packs lowers the price per valuation: $3.75 each in the Starter Pack, $3.00 in the Collection Pack, $2.50 in the Estate Pack, and $2.25 in the Dealer Pack. For scale, each pack card sets that against what the same work costs in person — an in-person appraiser at $50 to $200 per item, and a full estate appraisal at $500 to $1,500. There is no subscription; you buy the credits you need, when you need them.
What each credit pack costs
Single Credit — $5.00 for 1 credit, for trying one item. Starter Pack — $15.00 for 4 credits, $5 less than buying four singles, described for casual sellers. Collection Pack — $45.00 for 15 credits, saving $30, aimed at one room or a downsizing. Estate Pack — $75.00 for 30 credits, saving $75, the best-value tier. Dealer Pack — $135.00 for 60 credits, saving $165, for dealers and serial sellers. Struck-through prices on the page compare each pack against the same number of single credits at $5.
What's included with every pack
Every pack buys exactly the same report — the only difference is how many items it covers. Each valuation includes price estimates, a written item description, market analysis, and a detailed PDF valuation report you can download and keep. Valuations are stored and organised in collections inside your account, and stay accessible any time you sign back in. Nothing is metered differently between the Single Credit and the Dealer Pack.
Paying in a currency other than US dollars
Prices are set in US dollars first. Visitors outside the United States see each pack in their own currency, and are charged in that currency — the page states this directly above the packs. Supported currencies include British pounds, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Swiss francs, Hong Kong dollars, Singapore dollars, Japanese yen and Chinese yuan. Each currency has its own set price per pack rather than a raw exchange-rate conversion applied at checkout.
How to buy credits and start free
Creating an account is free and needs no card details. Your first valuation is free, so you can see a full report before spending anything. To buy more, choose a quantity on any pack, add it to the cart, and pay by card at checkout. The page shows your current credit balance alongside the balance you would have after the cart is paid for, so the total is clear before you commit. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment goes through.
Higher volume: estates, dealers and business use
For estate clearance, consignment workflows, or item intake at scale, there is a separate business route rather than a fixed pack. Quotes are based on scale and needs — from a one-off collection through to monthly volume. The business page sets out how that works, and the contact form starts the conversation. Businesses that only need a handful of valuations can still use the standard packs above at the same per-credit prices.
